In summary he basically charged me $120 for checking my water filter FOR NOTHING-no invoice-nothing in writing. He took the filter out and put it back in and the water dispenser was working again. Then he argued with me when I questioned it. My water dispenser was not working but my ice maker was-I told him it was a 2020 Whirlpool refrigerator-Shaun mentioned on the phone about the filter, which was only 3 months old, said he would order a water supply valve-WHY? It took him a week to help me. He knew what the problem was and could have told me on the phone. Lousy service, unorganized. He said I would get credit if he had to come back….If he fixes the problem why would he have to come back??

Shaun Zinck is the best! We are so fortunate to have met Shaun since we moved to Vero 10 years ago. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and has been available to solve our appliance issues on several occasions. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shaun was soooo nice! He responded promptly and even though he was booked, he got me an appointment the next day! He also called and suggested a few things to do before he came to help me get by washer working quicker. His suggestions fixed my machine and he didn’t have to come out to do any repairs. Now THAT is what makes Small businesses the backbone of America. A real person, caring for others and going the extra mile to Make sure they provide amazing customer service. I called A to Zinck on a Thursday afternoon to schedule a dishwasher repair for the following day. Sean came to our house the next afternoon to service and quickly diagnosed what the problem was. He suggested that we buy a new dishwasher instead of spending money on any repairs. He even offered a suggestion for new model. Will definitely call them again if we ever have any issues with our appliances.
