A V Overhead

Prices for repair parts are good, but shipping diminishes it. Ordered online and took them a week to update my order...I received it a few days earlier. No tracking info or updates. Should've stopped there, but realized I forgot some parts. Paid for overnight shipping early Wednesday morning. Supposedly didn't even ship until Thursday, but Friday it's still not here. No follow up or heads up with this company. This is why people stick with Amazon.

So far they're okay, I have just signed the contract for them to install garage doors. They say it'll take about 20 weeks on average , due to the supply chain issues. So we will just have to wait and see if they can increased their star power once the doors are installed in 5 mo..

AV Overhead has been servicing and installing doors for me for over 20 years and always does a great job at a great price. I recommend using then to family and friends. Very professional and timely. Adam is great!

Great garage door parts

Terrible service. Be careful buying parts. They seem to sell used parts as new. Definitely a shady place.
