My antique sideboard was missing its original key leaving its 3 doors unable to close. The locks themselves were very old and “frozen.” The Gifford’s team was undaunted and kept trying to locate a matching old key. Unable to locate one, they made one which made a wonderful antique useable! Jeremy and his team are skilled, talented and wonderful to work with. This business was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. First , the entrance to the building is a keyhole! I thought was awesome! I needed a key made for a locking mechanism I removed from one of my doors. They did a great job getting it taken care of. Gifford's has been in business a long time in downtown Springfield on Lyman Street. And, it is because of their great customer service, experience and ability to solve problems. They do have retail as well. Keys can be made, all different types of locks and many accessories. Check hours before making your trip.
