This company installed a well for my elderly parents. Overcharged them and made a total mess of their yard. They can’t even use their backdoor and they made huge ruts in their yard. When my mom nicely called them to ask if they could clean up their mess they wanted to charge them $500. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a home with a well they had previously drilled. The well is no longer producing clean water. I called to have a technician come out to inspect the well. The office told me the technician was in the field and would call when he was done. 7 hours later, I received a call from the rude technician. Rather than make $100 on a service call, he decided to belittle me and even laugh at me while I described the problem. I'm a 37 yr old male who is a handyman of sorts and used proper terminology to describe the issues. However, this technician clearly thought I was a moron and treated me as such on the phone.
