PROFESSIONAL all the way! The best in customer care -> they really do watch out for your stuff! Knows more about locks and doors than probably anyone. My door and lock are over 50 years old and Yankee and his assistant had to "fabricate" (make up for missing/worn parts) and got it working better then new, including the door jam!!!. Again, they know their business. TOP GUN!

Wow! My husband and I were so impressed with the rapid response to our call, as well as how quickly Dakota arrived. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our RV at 9:06 pm yesterday. We had experience with locksmiths from our state that were way less than favorable, so we didn’t dream that we would get someone so late, and also on such short notice when we called. Dakota, the owner of “A Yankee’s locksmith service”, arrived in less than the 25 minutes promised. He also arrived with an extremely pleasant attitude as well as polite mannerisms. A mechanic that I called out to fix my truck said the anti theft was kicked on somehow and I might need a lock smith but they weren’t sure. That in its self is very stressful quite a few locksmiths said if they came and couldn’t fix it they would actually charge me extra. Not Yankee, said if he couldn’t fix it he wouldn’t charge me as he understands I may have a much more expensive problem on my hands. He came out in a timely manner, was kind and quick. Couldn’t fix the problem but said if he got me a new part that would probably do it. The part took a week to get here but he came out first thing this morning to resolve my issue. After he worked on my car he jumped it as it’s been sitting a while and now I’m good to go. Very reasonable pricing and such a blessing to have my vehicle up and
