We have had John come out for a few years because our builder installed our ac unit improperly and we have had issues every summer with freon leaking. John has always come to the rescue and filled the freon so we can have a comfortable summer. We have always appreciated his great service. However, he was supposed to come and replace our coil for a permanent fix as soon as the weather cooled down, but we can't get anyone to answer the phone, or respond to voicemails or texts or anything. Is this company even open still? Just getting frustrated because he was the only one that has been able to figure out our ac issues.

John is great to work with. He responded quickly and had my A/C charged and ready for the season in no time. So happy there are still reputable contractors we can count on!

John came to my condo several months ago to check out my AC unit very last minute. He gave some great suggestions and was so helpful. He charged a fair price and was happy to have him come back if I needed. A few weeks later I decided to put in a new thermostat on my own. It started out fine and then things were not working and panic set in. I called John out of the blue and he again had some great suggestions! I am thrilled to write this review. Our A/C unit has been on the fritz since last season. We have had two other, (big name HVAC), technicians come and have a look at our unit. Within only minutes the other HVAC technicians recommended replacing the unit, and quoted very expensive replacement costs. John on the other hand, took time to look into the issue. He didn't immediately suggest replacement, he got to work and fixed it! It's a 19 year old unit with perhaps a few more years left in it. The A/C is now working and we are thrilled! I feel like he was fair on price, took time to explain the issue, he's knowledgeable, and professional. I'm a satisfied customer, and happy I found A-Zion Mechanical!
