After 3 other bids for a complete system replacement, Donnie was the only one who took the time to determine my AC was NOT working! He ordered the unit we agreed upon and had it Installed in 3 days. Good thing, because the temperature climbed to 88 degrees! And he was the only one who took the time to determine the circuit breaker box was incorrectly rated, and built the cost of the new breaker into his amazing price. Just wish he was a roofer also 😁. You meet people in life for reasons, and we were lucky enough to meet Donnie and his wonderful wife! We noticed the A/C wasn’t as cold as it it had been, figured a leak somewhere. Called our home warranty folks and they sent out useless tool. As soon as he found it was a big repair, we feel he didn’t want to do it. So when the warranty people and I couldn’t get in touch with him, they sent out Donnie. Understand, warranty people didn’t make the decision to notify a new tech until late Friday afternoon. Less than an hour later, Donnie called and said he could be there the following afternoon to look it all over. On a Saturday. I know warranty places don’t pay extra for weekends. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS COUPLE A BIG, BIG HUGE 0,BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST THIS REVIEW unless i picked a star!! THESE 2 people (husband& wife) are liars PERIOD!! THEY LIED TI THE WARRANTY COMPANY BUT YET TOLD ME TO MY FACE THAT IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR AND THEN TURNED AROUBD AND TOLD THE WARRANTY COMPANY THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH THE UNIT, WHICH INFACT IS WAS NOT!! YES IT WAS RUNBIBG BUT IT WAS NOT COOLING!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY GOT THEIR CERTIFICATION AT, I'D SAY OUT OF A GUMBALL MACHINE OR CRACKER JACK BOX!! THEY WERE SENT BACK OUT FOR A 2ND TIME AND TRIED TO SAY THE UNIT WAS CLOGGED WHEN INFACT IT WAS NOT, IT WAS DRAINING JUST FINE OUTSIDE BUT YET COULDN'T GIVE ME A DIAGNOSIS!! Came to my house July 3rd & told my husband they would be back to fix the ac leak. Here we are a week later & still no one has came back & will not return phone calls. Can’t even go to the business because it is their home in a subdivision. They were sent to us through the home warranty we have, same company that was sent to us 3 years ago & the same thing happened twice back then. Came to the house & never came back. RIDICULOUS!!!

Donnie at A1 is great. We originally had an appointment for Monday, but they had an opening so he came on Saturday. He called and said he would be here in 30 minutes and he was on time. He was very knowledgeable about my unit, checked everything out, and replaced and repaired what he needed to. We have an old unit and he didn't try to take my money by selling me a new unit, which I probably will need soon. But he got my unit serviced, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional. I highly recommend Donnie and A1.
