Walked in and was greeted by Antonio right away. He was very friendly and helpful! Prices were decent and affordable. They offered delivery, hook up and to take away the old dryer.

Purchased refrigerator from this company 05/02/25 and delivered to the house 05/05/25 three days after purchasing. The freezer was not working. Purchased this fridge for a rental so it was not used until (08/01/25) toward the end of the warranty. The freezer stopped working so they sent someone 08/03/25 to take a look at it and said it needed Freon. Anyone who knows anything about Freon, knows that if it’s leaking this is something that is too expensive to fix permanently so it must be replaced. I contacted the store and the workers there said I was still within the regular warranty from the store (two days due to delivery), not even including the 5 day grace period. Owner refused to acknowledge that and attacked me personally saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about, even though

Buy used! So much more economical!! Needed to replace my 20-year old fridge, which died. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, suggesting models that fit the description we wanted. Worked with our budget, meeting all our needs. Quick delivery (2 days). We have a fridge that we hope will last us years like the other one. I will say that in all of the fridges we looked at, they were all good models! Even had some new ones for sale that were scratch & dent. The store was full but clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

Bought used washer delivery went well, hauled old one away. Soon discovered it did not drain all the water out when done. When notified, was told to make a video of what it was doing and email to them. Don't know how to do that. Is the current state of warranties? Out $300
