We have used A1 Appliance Service twice, once for our Washer, once for our Dryer. Both times we were very pleased with our service. Technician showed up on time, was very friendly and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. They also were very reasonable on cost. We would highly recommend A1 Appliance Service for your appliance repair needs.

Came out to our house to fix a washer. Was kind the first visit, called for an update and the service tech called back and was a little aggressive thinking we were going with another company when we were just calling for an update. Came out, fixed the part but lost 3 screws in the process, then when asked what he’s going to do about the lost screws he said “well you have 2, it’ll be fine” and then ended up in a raised voice heated argument with my husband. When asked why he seemed like he was so upset and aggressive, he responded with “I just take things very personal!” We had to ask him to take payment and leave our house. I had my toddler and 8 week old with me and felt unsafe having him in my home after the way he responded.

Wow‼️ We Had A Refrigerator Leak Yikes‼️ I Called A I Appliance Repair Shortly After 8:00am & Ethan Was At Our House By 10:30am‼️He Was Super Friendly, Efficient, Knowledgeable & Caring He Did An Outstanding Job He Not Only Found & Fixed Our Leak He Even Vacuumed The Coils Above & Beyond Expectations‼️ Thank You A1 & Ethan Happy Customers Leo & Janet Modaff

Had Thomas come out and take a look at my front load washer for my wife since I’m currently deployed. Comes off nice and respectable at first. The paper quote he left for us didn’t have a part listed on it because he had it in stock, and didn’t include the labor cost on the form. When I called and questioned him about the cost of the parts, which were severely uncharged, he laughed and said that’s what it’s going to cost. He also stated, “I’m already giving you a 10% discount”. Very unprofessional in the way he conducted the conversation. Adding unneeded stressors to an already stressful situation.

I called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday, gave them the model # of my Samsung washing machine and all was good. Wednesday, he called about 10 minutes before he was supposed to be there and stated he didn't work on that model, it's a Samsung, not some Russian knock off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE
