Now, story time: We bought our house in November knowing that the HVAC was old and the condensation pump needed to be replaced. Our realtor referred us to Ragan at A1, and after comparing prices with other companies, we went with A1 for this initial service and thought they were great. Cut to a few months later, our furnace started acting up, as old furnaces do. Ragan and his guys spent hours inside our creepy crawl space doing repairs and fixing things that were installed incorrectly by someone else. A1 and their staff are amazing. We were told by a large HVAC company simply that our unit was dead and needed to be replaced. In comes A1 for a look and they fix the simple problem on our unit. They saved us so much money that we did not need to spend. Not to mention they came out the very next morning after I called.
