Darrell (the owner of Rooter-Man plumbing) is a class act and unbelievably knowledgeable in plumbing. I was impressed with his aptitude in other construction applications as well. Darrell came on the job promptly, performed an excellent service, and the price was very reasonable. I know this because I bidded the job with other area plumbers before picking Rooter-man. Buyer beware - really bad experience. I'm a landlord and one of my apartments had a blocked drain while I was out of town so I couldn't attend to it. I had called about 10-12 other plumbers, none had availability. I finally called Rooter-Man and he strangely enough had some same-day openings, which should have been my first warning sign (no one else could come that day). He finally showed up at my house, did in fact clear the drain, and was literally in and out in a total of 7 minutes, my tenant timed it. My bill? $295. When I asked how he received this figure, he began to argue with me about all of the overhead he has and that "all landlords are the same, they don't want to pay!" I couldn't even get a word in because he just kept listing all the things he has to pay for and was very angr
