We were impressed with A1 Garage from the start! Before our scheduled appointment, we received a text, assuring us that they do not use any outside contractors and advising us that the technician would be wearing an A1 uniform and be driving an A1 truck. We even received a photo and a bio on our technician, Blake Pledger. You could tell that Blake genuinely enjoys his work. He was engaged and professional, as he patiently explained all the details of the garage's inner workings to us in layman's terms. Feeling well-informed, we were more comfortable deciding how to proceed. Our only regret is that we did not call A1 sooner!

Stephen was great. He is professional. The previous company that originally installed my doors made things inoperable. A1 and Stephen were able to fix the disaster that I had. Would highly recommend them. Would have had five stars if a1 dispatch could better coordinate with techs and customer.
