We were very fortunate to have him as our technician, and we highly recommend requesting him for any installation or garage door maintenance needs.

WOW, what a GREAT experience I had today with A1 Garage Door Service, 100% due to the service technician Dany Castro! First, he called ahead of the appointment time to inform me of his arrive time and right on time! After diagnosing the problem, Dany clearly helped me understand the scope of the work and confidently gave me several solutions. The garage opener needed to be replaced (15 years old) and it not cheap to replace BUT because Dany did so well of explaining why replacing the unit was needed and all the necessary parts for the job it was a fair estimate cost. Dany also nailed the time estimate to complete the work, amazing for a one-man show!
