A1 Garage Door Service was excellent.! I would like to thank my Service technician, Christopher, for repairing my LiftMaster garage door opener. Today. Drive Belt Was Old And Dry Rotted. He is Very knowledgeable, professional & Courteous. Work was done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. Will most definitely refer and use them in the future. Very satisfied…!

A1 Garage Door Service was excellent. I couldn’t get my door to close, not even manually. They didn’t have anything available for same day service, but they made it work and had someone out within hours. And the tech they sent out, Chad, was amazing! Really friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through what my issue was and had it fixed quickly. Recommended a couple other things I could do to my garage door for it to run smoother. None of it was an up sell. It was all a consult. I would recommend them and Chad to anyone that needs their service.

JR was very helpful, knowledgeable, on time. Communicated well. I learned a lot about my new door opener that operates by MyQ app. It worked great when installed 1/12, but something happened that I couldn’t get in to the app. I had no idea why. I called A1. They sent him out the same day and since it was recently installed I was not charged. Good service each time they’ve come to my house. All the technicians have been great. JR taught me several things about use of the app and how the opener operates. How to sign in using my Apple ID/password and I learned there was a subscription I needed to join to keep it active. He helped me set it all up so I’m good for a year, then I know how to be sure I have reminder when time to renew. I am very relieved and happy I’m back to full use

Ruben our technician from A1 garage doors was fantastic!! He let us know when he would be arriving and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! He alerted us to some issues we weren't even aware of with our door. Ruben replaced our rollers and now our door works great. Thank you Ruben! A1 garage doors is the way to go! We will never use anyone else for our repairs. Highly recommended Five stars!!
