I would give them 10 ⭐️ if I could! From start to finish the entire process was smooth sailing. Every single person I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Installer (Chris) was an extreme delight. You could really tell he loved his job, which also speaks volumes about the company as a whole. Highly recommend them for all your garage door needs. 😁

It was Friday evening, around 4pm when our garage door went cockeyed crazy. Hubby called with little hope we could get it repaired since it was now the beginning of the Fall Break weekend. We were able to take advantage of their after hours emergency repair service. Thats where we were greeted by Justin B. He arrived the same evening, evaluated the situation, replaced our single spring with a double spring and repaired the cable that had gone wonky. He made adjustments to the door, made sure it was working like it should and even helped us reprogram our keypad. He did a great job explaining “the why” behind everything that was needed He had a great personality and worked hard in our hot garage. Now it’s working like a new door. I highly recommend A1 garage door service. They were fabulous in every aspect, from start to finish. They were able to get to me next day. I called at 4:55 pm on Friday afternoon and they had someone here at 9am Saturday morning. I told them it wasn't an emergency at all and the weather was supposed to be terrible (snow and -10 wind chills). They said they had other appointments scheduled and it wouldn't be a problem at all. They communicated who the service person would be, Hunter, and sent a picture with a short bio about him. He called to tell me he was on his way, about 45 minutes out. Hunter was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and seemed to truly enjoy his work, all of which are so hard to find in employees these days. Dalton Shultz was great. Dude had fantastic customer service and was very easy to talk to. He was honest and up front about what needed to be done and didn’t sugar coat this cost. The finish work was well beyond my expectations and I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a garage repair.
