Andrew was thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only provide preventative, routine maintenance, but also completed a diagnostic on an issue. Although his recommended product didn’t solve the problem, he had back-up solutions at his ready disposal. He communicated well with his team, and educated me on additional product and service options. I could tell he truly cared about me as a customer and the quality of his service.

We called A1 to repair our garage door springs and track, and were able to get an appointment in a couple of business days. Andrew Halvorsen was the technician who came out and he was fantastic. He was super nice, very knowledge (we asked him a lot of questions), and was transparent in what he was doing. He was also very honest with what we needed fixed/replaced and what didn't. He even installed a keypad we had purchased separately. All of the work was done in about a hour, so Andrew was very efficient. Our garage door now opens and closes so smoothly and so much quieter! Would definitely recommend Andrew and A1!

He was polite, kind, and patient throughout our entire interaction. He started off the consultation by explaining how garage doors work and what items he was looking for in my garage door. Nate was very kind and professional. I am very happy with his work and communication regarding price and what all needed to be done! He was on time (early actually) and worked in a timely manner and fixed my door right away! I will ask for him again if I need work done with my garage door!

Brian was a great technician to have come and work on our broken door. He made sure all my concerns were addressed as well as he ensure to be polite as possible and took into consideration we had a sleeping baby - kept noise from the garage area low. Discussed all options available. He also share how great the training is for the organization. They go to Arizona for technical training for an entire month. Discussed how great Tommy the owner is and it is clear this is a well run organization- I will only be utilizing and recommending A1 for any of my garage door needs in the future.
