Ozzie rolled up to service my garage door and brought his phenomenal helper with him — both of them absolute rockstars. Not only did they dial in my door like Mandalorians on a mission, but Ozzie walked up with coffee and donuts. Coffee. And. Donuts. Who does that anymore?! The service was flawless, fast, and honestly felt like a neighbor helping out, not a company upselling me. My garage door is running smoother than a Jedi starfighter, and my morning was brighter. If you’re lucky enough to get Ozzie and his helper, you’ve basically won the day. This is the way.

Mr Rogers... AKA PJ, is an awesome young man! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not an easy learner when it comes to garage door opener and programming them. So glad he was here. He took the time to explain everything he did all while assureing me I was not in the way. I know I was lol! Definitely recommended A1 and request PJ if you want a similar experience. Im not sure who is reading this but if PJ works for you, give this young man a well deserved raise and put him in charge of training others on how to interact with customers. Update: PJ at my request, returned to my home to fix an issue with the garage door opener he installed. He worked diligently to assess the problem. Antonio is a great tech. He was punctual and friendly. He explained everything to me about what was happening in my garage and let me know what was failing even if I didn’t want to know lol. I’m happy I got my repairs done and I recommend Antonio to anyone needing work done.

Zachary arrived at the time stated, which is very important to me. He installed both garage motors with perfection he even went out of his way to make sure the app was installed correctly on my phone. A1 Garage Door and Zachary are the best.
