I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevyn from A1 Garage Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and care he demonstrated. From the start, Kevyn was courteous, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my garage system and explain, in clear detail, what needed attention and why. Kevyn replaced several key components, including the springs, rollers, bearings, hinges, as well as tuned and balanced the door for smooth and quiet operation. Throughout the process, he explained how each part functions within the system and why the replacements were necessary for safety, reliability, and long-term performance. This is the second time I have called A-1 out for help with our garage door. The door is over 45 years old and the first visit replaced the broken spring. The second service was to help with gaps in my bottom seal. Josh came out before expected, he was personable, knowledgeable and told me everything he planned on doing to help me fix my issue. He gave me an estimate with varied options. I chose the best option for us. He performed the service as planned. The door works great and the gaps are gone. After two great experiences, I will always call A-1.

Our technician Adam has everything that makes him not only an outstanding employee but an outstanding human being! Clear, concise communication is something I value and this guy nails it! He completely solved our garage door problem. He did not try to sell me stuff I don’t need or want. I would recommend this company in general, but Adam in particular! He says what he does and he does what he says! Integrity oozing from every pore! Top notch!

Aaron was very pleasant, personable, and professional when he came to work on our garage. He let us know up front what he thought the issue with our garage may be but that he wouldn’t know for sure until he started working on it (which he turned out to be right!). The price was very reasonable for the work he did and he was able to get our garage door up and running within a few hours. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them when we have friends or family needing someone to service their garage door. We went with this company because of their great reviews and they definitely did NOT disappoint!

Hendrick was the best! Hendrick did an awesome job on our garage doors. He assessed, diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. His workmanship was solid, professional, and thorough, you can tell he really enjoys and knows what he’s doing. On top of that, he was friendly and respectful of our home. He explained things clearly and now I have a much better understanding of our system. So grateful!
