Recently had my operator replaced, along with the spring. My serviceman was Robert, and he was excellent. He informed me what he was going to do, and went to work. He went over instructions and the warranty process, and made recommendations for future improvements. He was neat and took all the packing material away. I signed up for the maintenance plan, and will be a A-1 customer forever. I recommend Robert and A-1 without hesitstion.
Robert did an excellent job, was on time and very professional. He installed a lock and performed a tuneup. Garage door is much better and not as noisy. I would definitely recommend his services, and I will be calling him next time I need service. Thank you!
Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable while fixing our garage doors. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and walked us through the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we felt confident about the work being done. We truly appreciate his expertise and highly recommend him!
Johann was amazing. He was here at our house for 4 hours doing the inspection and repairs needed to both our garage doors. He was so professional and friendly. He explained every before doing our repairs and cost. I would highly recommend Johann to come back to our house for future repairs and inspection. Surprisingly he works on Sundays. Give A 1 garage a call if you are having problems with your garage doors. They have a Worry Free Club you can join.
Robert came today right on schedule. He reviewed the installation plan right up front to explain everything. He then did the work in about 2 hours and showed me how to use the new door and opener. Absolutely good job. He is also a nice guy who obviously enjoys and takes pride in his work. January 14, 2026 Robert is a pro and knows exactly how to tackle my broken opener. He checked everything, explained my options and costs and I chose a replacement unit.. totally satisfied with A1 and Robert is a superb representative of your business. November 2025
