We are an apartment complex & have used A1 Heating & Air (Mark Sexton) for over 18+ years. We would not use any other Heating & Air Company in the area!!! Mark & his staff are trained professionals in their field & knowledgeable about any type of heating & AC issue: yearly Spring Maintenance of our AC units; quarterly filter changes in each of the apartment furnaces (helps save heating & AC costs), and urgent & emergency service calls year-round. There are not any heating & AC issues Mark & his trained staff have not been able to solve over all these years. And, with an apartment complex, we will experience more issues than single-family homes & Mark maintains all our equipment in TOP-SHAPE! He helps maintain our furnaces & AC units to extend their life, sourcing hard-to-find parts,

Have called Mark twice now for problems with my aging AC system. Both times he and his crew have been quick to respond, even on busy days, and diagnosed/fixed the issue quickly. No up selling and professional unlike another local company, don't be fooled by their cheap financing, they are taking you for a trip.

This company has been servicing the furnace on our house for several years. Typically without any issue. However recently they were scheduled to come and work on the furnace. They showed up and then left without any detailed explanation telling us we would have to find another contractor. When both my girlfriend and myself asked for some specific reasons to try and determine what the problem was and possibly solve it Mark from the company has refused to return our communication. Leaving my girlfriend and I to wonder what the issue was or if it can be solved. I find this to be very unprofessional.

Came over same day I called, diagnosed the furnace issue, came back next morning and repaired. Very reasonable price, very nice, professional man. Thank you Mark!

Thought I found a place to use for heating & cooling repairs...bought new furnace in January 2022, with no issues, was pleased with Mark. Mark was supposed to come back to do the air unit, tried calling....their OUT of business!!! 😭
