When my AC stopped working A1 told me I needed a whole new unit for over 5k. I got a second opinion and it was just a capacitor. Unfortunately they still got me for a $200 diagnostic fee even though their diagnosis was wrong! They said it wasn't wrong because replacing the unit would have fixed the problem! These people are liars and cheats I would go anywhere else.

Issues are resolved quickly, and all techs are very competent and patient with customers. The team at A1 HVAC Service of Westminster is diligent, skilled, and courteous. The guys have been outstanding.

The technician arrived earlier than expected, which was fantastic. He swiftly discovered and corrected the issue I was having, and most importantly, he got my air conditioner working again.
