This company, Mark specifically, has changed the dates and time on me because they didn’t book properly. I recorded all of our conversations where I was told that my $70 deposit was refundable if I had to cancel. Another person called me and said they would not be refunding my deposit, which I also have recorded. After speaking with my attorney, I was advised that this is theft of services and am waiting another hour, for the request to reach the 24 hour mark, then I’m on the way to file charges with the police department. Please, don’t do business with this scamming company of no integrity.

Very disappointed in my move. Being told one thing over the phone and then totally different the day of. Then to be told at the end that they didn’t have enough room on the truck for all my belongings, which is now costing me a second trip to finish my move. I felt rushed, overwhelmed, and more stressed than if I would have just moved myself.

I set up a move about six weeks in advance expecting to purchase a new home. That home contract fell through and I was able to get my deposit back with no issues. Once I do find and buy my new home, I will be calling A1 again to use them.

The most pleasant movers I have yet to work with! Jeremy and Tom were ahead of schedule, worked nonstop with very few breaks and did an amazing job!

I called for a quote for a local move, from one apartment to another apartment in a different building and was told they don't do that because they're a full-service moving company? Huh? What, exactly, does the word "local" mean in their company name?
