I received excellent customer service throughout my process, even though I didn’t use the service, due to family members assisting. My next move, I’m using these mover. This place is a joke the morning of my move their long truck “broke” they sent a small truck to move a 4300sf 4story home. The crew was 1 lead guy and 2 underage hispanic boys. The entire house was already packed. These guys broke stuff every 5minutes. The boys played fake basketball and pranks the whole time. Not to mention they were supposed put my furniture together and they pretended to bed broke after they left, my table isn’t put together all my screws are missing for everything! This company IS NOT LEGIT. I HATE I USED THEM.

Awesome workers and boss. The three young men wasted no time moving my things to storage for me. Please keep up the awesome job and customer service. Job well done . I have no complaints at all. Thanks for everything. I will be sure to highly recommend you all to family n friends

These were the best movers we have ever seen. JP and his crew went the extra mile. We had a lot more stuff to move than they expected, but they stayed until the end and finished the job. They never slowed down and were so very friendly. They did a very professional job wrapping all furniture to insure there was nothing damaged. I will never use anyone else again. You won't be disappointed with A-1 Movers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had an amazing experience with A#1 movers! Adam and Nabil in Dallas were very helpful, friendly, understanding, professional, and personable. They finished a job early and called me to let me know that they could come to me early and start moving my things. They were even able to accommodate me by picking up a few of my belongings at an extra stop. They were super efficient and careful with my belongings loading and unloading. All of this was done at an amazingly reasonable price. I would definitely use them again. Thank you both so much for making my move easier.
