The alarm on my septic system went off and I contacted A1 of Glynn Septic Solutions and left a voice message. Melvin returned my call within minutes and came out the next day to fix the situation. It turned out I needed to have my tank pumped and the septic pump replaced. A1 of Glynn Septic Solutions did a top notch job as they addressed everything that needed to be done in a prompt and professional manner. Melvin explained what needed to be done and kept me apprised as the work progressed. He provided cost estimates as the work progressed and held true to those estimates. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the excellent job done by Melvin and his crew. Easily a Five Star job.

Called A1 on 10/12/2025, and they came out the same day — fast, professional service. After living in my house for five years, they were the only company that told me my septic tank lid was too small for the actual tank ( see the picture below). I suddenly thought about all the times I let my boys play outside while I was cooking dinner — and how dangerous that could have been if someone had fallen in. Truly grateful for their honesty and attention to safety. Fast service and peace of mind? That’s a win. Highly recommend!

Called on a Sunday (01/11/2026) expecting to have to wait until sometime in the week, but was pleasantly surprised to hear they could come out same day. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional, as well as very informative; he took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood every step of the process. I was very pleased with the service and cannot recommend them enough!!

I urgently needed a septic inspection. I called numerous companies and they all said the same thing, I would need to wait until next day. When I called A1, he explained how he was incredibly busy but would try. They were able to come the same day; clean, do the inspection and write the report. They were wonderful. I’m so thankful.
