Excellent service! Joe was at my house for 2 hours. He made sure to get every tree branch that was in my sewer line. This is the second time I used them in 2 years. I highly recommend this company!

I had a clog in the main sewer line which led to water back-up in the basement and called this company because of it's great reviews. The lady who picked up was very polite and responsive and was able to schedule me for early next morning. Both Jeremy and Joey came on time and I even received a courtesy call to let me know their ETA. Both of them were very professional, quick, knowledgeable and thorough. The pricing was also very reasonable especially compared to other companies. They were able to remove the blockage from my pipe quickly using his equipment and tools. He explained everything he was doing so that I understood what was going on while he was working. After getting estimates from other companies trying to get us for more money, Joey and Jeremy were very honest and fixed our toilet for a reasonable price. This company rocks! Joe came out to my house to clean a clogged main sewer line during a snow storm!! Arrived promptly, remedied the issue and explained why the line had gotten clogged up. Pricing was amazing. I will be recommending A1 Quality Rooter to everyone.
