He collected payment for repairs and the maintenance contract but never registered it with the Galveston Health Dept . I didn't find out for approx 6 months until the county started sending me letters that they didn't have anyone registered. When I asked him for a copy of our contract, he sent me a new contract with the current date (6 months after I paid for the contract). Interestingly enough, he filled in "Not Present" on the Homeowner signature line. Seth finally agreed to send me a partial credit but can't get a response after 3 months. A pretty disappointing experience overall.

Let's call this a pre-work review but I am so pleased from my initial contact with Seth at A1 that I felt compelled to write about it. We need repairs on our septic tank in Galveston and had been getting the run-around by other service providers. Seth got back to me in 24 hours and was a consummate professional on the phone. He's making measurements today! And will get back to me with a cost and time estimate soon. That's perfect! Can you guess who we will call first in the future?!

Seth went above and beyond! He was the most helpful and honest company I spoke to. That was why I chose him for cleaning one of our septic tanks and he was awesome! I definitely recommend him for cleaning! Great price as well!

Excellent service, always on time and if he makes a mistake willing to fix it free of charge. Very impressed with his customer service and timeliness. Will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family

Good luck trying to get ahold of this company. They leave a cell number to text if the don't answer the office phone but even texting they will respond once but that's it. I went with a different septic company.
