Fantastic service! From the moment I booked with A1 Sparkles to the time the cleaning crew left 4 hours later, it was top notch all the way. Same day service is virtually unheard of, and I'm grateful to have beautifully clean carpet again, after the dog made messes on it overnight. Best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. I made an appointment with A1Sparkles Cleaning for air duct cleaning. I was amazed how much better their cleaning was compared to another company I used before. Nick and the other technician arrived on time. They are professional, personable and very knowledgeable! I would give them 6 stars if I could. Rather than replace an older yet well-made carpet, we decided to get it cleaned. My in-laws raved about A1 Sparkles, so we made an appointment. Our technician Nick called before he was on his way, and he was so pleasant and professional. It took THREE attempts, but he did an excellent job removing the dark stains from dirty shoes, grease, spilled drinks, etc. We appreciate his care in cleaning up as well. Many thanks to Nick for taking the extra time to do a fantastic job!

The young man who came to visit was very considerate of our home making sure he did not damage our furniture or walls with the equipment. He had a few extra services like Scotch Guard priced per room which we found quite reasonable. We have 2 cats who both have a habit of depositing their Hairballs in our upstairs hall. We purchased the Scotch Guard for the hall which we believe will assist us when accident do occur. We kindly tipped the young man who's politeness and concern for our home made the experience better than other Carpet Services we’ve used in the past.

I give A1 Sparkles an "Excellent" score. Nick did a great job cleaning my carpets and was so friendly. He was also here about a year ago when I had my carpets cleaned. I also had my windows and blinds cleaned around that same time. I do not remember the 2 girls names, but they were also great and very friendly. They are true to their name. Everything sparkles.
