Maybe for local moving it is not a bad service but for large scale moving, the expectations are not clear and in addition to adding more charges than originally stating, the items cross-country have not been shipped 30 days later, and someone that apparently "used to work there" scammed my daughter out the minimal money she has. Do not recommend for cross-country or large scale moving. I understand with charging they can say that it was more than they expected and this is in the contract but the lack of communication about when items are going to be shipped or arrive and the fact that someone moving across country does not have any of their stuff in their new home a month later is ridiculous.

So I called this company to get a quote the person who talked to me on the phone was extremely agresive and rude. His name is Reggie, bc he was so unpleasant I did not want to do anything with this company. He called me NON DTIP for 3-4 days, finally I picked the phone to let them know that we hired other company bc honestly no way in the planet I would hire this company after just my experience on the phone, also the quote was suspiciously LOW. I got the impression that this company is very sketchy and their selling skills are catastrophic honestly if they treat like this their possible clients, they will never get any clients… horrible customer service to say the least. I would not bother even to call to get a quote.

AVOID! This place quoted one price and then tripled the price on delivery. Multiple items were destroyed including lamps, crystal, and barware. A full set of PING clubs and a packed safe were stolen by them. Andre, one of the packers, demanded a cash tip and texted me multiple times. Steve begged me to take down a negative review I posted elsewhere. This place is as shady and unprofessional as they come. Reported to the Better Business Bureau!!! Terrible!

My long-distance move was easier than expected. The movers communicated delivery times clearly, loaded the truck securely, and delivered within the promised window. Fragile boxes were intact, heavy furniture undamaged, and nothing was missing. It was a steady, straightforward experience.

The moving crew was on time, came prepared, and didn’t make excuses or delays. They worked at a steady pace and asked about fragile items before loading. My couch, TV, and dining table were wrapped carefully and secured in the truck. Once we arrived, everything was placed where I asked. I appreciated how they double-checked each room with me before leaving. It made the process feel organized and stress-free.
