I've been using A2Z to remotely manage my two short-term rental properties for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Absolutely wonderful! Their service is excellent. Because I'm frequently on the road, it's tough for me to be near to my residence. They clean, restock my soaps and shampoos, assist visitors who require assistance, keep me informed if something needs to be replaced or fixed, respond quickly if I have a query, repair minor damages, and spray my unit for bug control. I had to call them several times because visitors were having issues, and they were always attentive and quick to answer. When one of the visitors' controllers failed, A2Z Cleaning went out to get a replacement and present it to the tourist. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I was able to get a cleaning appointment quickly and that worked with my schedule. It was also the best rates I’ve come across in my research. Accommodated a last minute request and did a fantastic job. Great communication and fairly priced. They saved the day today!

They didn’t show up until 7pm and stayed an hour and a half, if that, for a move out clean of a 2700 square foot house. The property manager was on site while they were there and had to instruct them on what to do, which they did not do thoroughly. They left behind dust, dirt and hair everywhere. I was charged $405 for this “cleaning”, and had to pay another cleaner to come do the job correctly. I complained to management and they kept telling me they would speak to the owner and get back to me, which they never did. After two months of calling them repeatedly, they said they would issue a $200 refund, which they never did. I called multiple times again and they first said the refund was issued, which it wasn’t, then they said they would refund $150. All of this was on a recorded line
