I have dealt with A3 a few times. To be honest, the service is always fair and they are ALWAYS doing their best to accommodate my needs. I love the location and easy access. Great people.

Ignore the negative comments on here. I had the pleasure of working with Ginger and Lauren for a delivery order of 4 pallets of sod. I had it quoted, including delivery, and they did let me know there would be a charge for using a card. I was fine with that. I called on Monday, they scheduled me for Thursday (yesterday) and the sod was delivered in the afternoon. The driver was nice, and set the pallets where we asked him to. When we started pulling pieces from the pile, they were very evenly cut, and stacked neatly. We knocked out 4 pallets, with just two people, in a few hours, primarily because of how neat and even they were stacked. This "company" does landscaping for my mother's homeowner's association. They do shoddy work, but despite this, we were going to hire them to remove a tree limb in her back yard that had fallen from an adjacent property. I called the owner, Magin, who assured me that it would get taken care of this weekend when his crew went to do yard work. His crew comes to do the neighborhood yard work and my mother ask them if they're going to remove the tree. They said they don't know anything about it. I called the owner who said, "I talked to one of the guys, he must have just forgotten." (How do you forget in less than 24 hours?) Again, he tells me that he will call the guy and then call me back. I had a friend pick my pallet up last Tue. When he got it to my house it was horrible looking. It was so dry and a lot of pieces were missing almost all the dirt from underneath. I didn't have the time to try and find someone to bring it back so I decided to lay it down on freshly tilled dirt. Well it's looking deader by the day even the FEW nicely cut pieces are significantly browning.

Called, ordered and paid for 5 pallets of grass to be delivered and installed 2 weeks ago. Was told that I would be called the following week for a delivery and installation date. Called the following Thursday after not hearing from anyone and was told that due to rain they were behind and it would be Tuesday before they would get a delivery and would call me. Got the call on Tuesday and was then asked for photos of where it was to be installed. Was told that because they would have to use a wheelbarrow instead of a forklift that it would be $50 additional per pallet to install. Called to ask why it was not communicated to me that they had to be able to drive a forklift through the yard for the quoted installation price and greeted by a very angry woman that was upset that I was askin
