Arnie was punctual, friendly, honest, and very thorough when explaining the process of his work. He provided a detailed estimate of my chimney issues. He answered all of my questions promptly and gave different options that were cost effective when deciding on repairs. I will say with confidence that Arnie has your best interest in mind. From this company came for a scheduled chimney cleaning and cap installation but rushed through both. The cap was installed poorly and we noticed leaks after rain. The cleaning cost on the final invoice didn’t match the estimate and they added miscellaneous fees. They recommended chimney repair but failed to provide a written report or documentation. For safety reasons I can’t recommend this chimney service. If you hire them, require a full inspection report and a clear price breakdown.
