Once they installed the furnace there was an errors in installation and even the body of the furnace got rusted and hasn't completed a year. The unit over the furnace was leaking and they weren't easily reponded. The furnace still under warranty and they use this tactic trying to get your nerves out so you speak then they fight with you. And they always try to sneak out if you face a problem. In winter the humedifier was leaking i opened it and the hose was broken!!

He was late about 10 minutes to our scheduled appointment. But he was very punctual and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They came the next day as promised and did a great job.
