A&A Lot (Propark)

Horrible company! Predatory practices! Should be zero stars. The restaurant I was eating at was slower than expected and I tried to use the link I was sent to extend my time at the lot but it would not work. When I went to move my vehicle BEFORE my time was up it had already been towed. Had to pay for an Uber to the tow company location to retrieve my vehicle so I could get to the xfinity theater for the concert I was attending. This caused me to miss almost half the concert.

Ruined night in Hartford thanks to these guys. We are older - - 66 and 75 years old- - not from Hartford, and we don't go out all that much. We decided to take advantage of a candlelight Vivaldi concert at the Bond Ballroom. Tickets in hand, we saw this parking lot adjacent to the Bond that looked like a daytime only parking lot to us (this was also confirmed by the concert staff inside once we got in). The kiosk was dark and there was a sign placed flat against the door of the kiosk, instead of facing you driving in like you would normally expect. Yes, our bad, we are old and used to parking attendants to take your money and we did not read the sign carefully. There did not seem to be an evident way to pay , like a machine or something. Like others are saying, it’s an absolute scam. I came out to my car to find it hooked to a tow truck. I argued with the tow company CT AUTO AND TOWING out of west Hartford, SHOWING THEM MY RECEIPT that I still had HOURS remaining that I PAID FOR. They just go in there and blindly tow vehicles. DO NOT PARK HERE

Don't bother parking here. Unmarked fire lanes get your vehicle towed. $207 because of a line that's hardly visible in the daylight, let alone at 10pm.

This lot is a sham. They have their pay to park signs hidden in the dark in the corner of the lot and just tow peoples cars and charge them $200+ to get their vehicle back. At least put some lights up so you can see the signs and stop screwing people over.
