If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Nathan Huber and his team at AA Marble & Granite / Crowe Custom Countertops were incredible to work with. We needed three distinct types of stone for three different projects: Quartzite for a full kitchen remodel, Quartz for a basement kitchenette and Granite for a large bar. From finding and selecting each stone to measurements to installation, everything went like clockwork. Nathan was on top of things throughout the entire process. The team was punctual and professional, and the work came out fantastic. Nathan was phenomenal at working us in when we needed the stone installed during the remodel process, and everything was perfect. Absolutely love the final results! Pros: 1) Nathalia was AMAZING to work with! She was very knowledgeable when walking us through the slabs and was always responsive when we had questions and changes. 2) We love the printed quartz! And how we were able to design where we wanted different parts of the quartz. I had a certain vision in mind and they definitely helped me execute through multiple iterations with zero complaints! Cons: 1) It’s important to note that all of this was fixed but the initial installation work wasn’t up to our standard. Our house is uneven so instead of trimming the countertop they used caulk. It was very noticeable and I attached a few pictures. We caught one part while they were there and they fixed it. They came back and fixed the second one after calling. Po

Visited the showroom and was greeted immediately. We didn’t have an appointment but that wasn’t a big deal with the place. Got got to peruse the slab while we were waiting, which was really nice. When it was our time we were greeted and was asked what we were looking for and we asked what was low maintenance and unique for the color granite we wanted. We were shown several options and all along we were told how much per slab. We found what we were looking for and then brought to showroom for sinks if we were interested in. EXCELLENT customer service, quality and professionalism at a great price! From my first phone call, all the way through to completion, this team truly went above and beyond. Candy was extremely helpful - really taking the time to understand what we were looking for and helped bring our vision to life. Mr. Shah took the time to come say hello when I visited the showroom and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The install team was very friendly and extremely talented at their craft. Completing the job to perfection in record time. Completely cleaned up after themselves and respected my home. We are so happy with our gorgeous new kitchen counter tops and island top! A great experience working with this company to update my kitchen counters. The showroom staff were friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable. The quote I got was competitive & very thorough, I felt I had a thorough understanding of the scope and process of the work - the main reason I selected them from the numerous quotes I received. Communication from all parties was outstanding. The installation team was fast & efficient, with no damage to any surrounding surfaces. Last, and by no means least, my new quartz countertops are absolutely beautiful!
