I’ve had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is excellent and they’re always responsive. Paul is my regular technician and consistently does great work. Most recently, Alex helped install a toilet and a sink and was also excellent. I also have their monitoring service, which waives the service fee and provides a discount on services—this really helps offset how expensive plumbing can be. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I called A&A Plumbing I found the dispatcher friendly and professional, she gave time window for the plumber would be arriving. Byron arrived within the specified time frame. He was professional and located the leak on my main water line. I decided to have the line replaced at a reasonable price. The next day, Byron and a co-worker arrived, and hand dug the new trench. They kept the dirt and my rock separate, and hand dug the 12” deep ditch. They installed the new line line, hooked it up with no issues. The next day the city inspector approved the install. We had Paul Rodriguez and Tanner Mc Dangler out today to install an upgraded water softener and carbon filter system, and they did an outstanding job! Both technicians were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our family was fully protected and set up properly. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and great attitude. Got a knock on the door from SAWS letting me know I had a water leak (perfect news to hear while drinking your morning coffee). Called A&A plumbing and they were able to send someone out really fast ( non emergency plumbing emergency). Austin took a look gave me all the options and was able to diagnose and fix the leak quickly. The water heater came up in conversation and he was able to give me a quote on the spot. All in all doing the work together saved me money and work was completed in the same day, parts delivered on the spot by a manager( most helpful manager I ever dealt with- thanks Matt) and job completed within 4 hours. Will use A& A again and I recommend you do too.
