AA remodeling

My wife wanted some work done but before the work began she passed away, and since he had not started the work I asked him to return 7,500 dollars which I needed for the funeral, he said he would, when a time had passed I called him again so he told me to meet him in pembroke pines which I did and he gave me a check without funds. Now I call him and he ignores my calls. He refuses to talk to me, to me he cant not be trusted he will leave you waiting, basically he is stealing from a dead woman, I say stealing because he has not made any effort to talk to me to set up a plan to pay it back. So i say beware !
