AA Temperature Services

AA temperature service is by far one of the best!! I’m down here 4 years and they have been servicing my A/C unit since then and never had any issues, and when issues came up, they are literally a phone call away and they come out and resolve any problems. I highly recommend using them to service your A/C unit- heating unit. !!!! The technician Aurelius Zarris is the most professional and courteous person to have service your A/C unit.

The "new to me" tech you sent to my home, is as nice, honest and personal young man, as the last fellow. You guys do a great job finding these techs, not an easy endeavor, in today's market 👏

Update , maintenance contract , Aurelius is very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us tips on what kind of filters to buy. Update one year later…Had to replace our AC unit . Quick. Service and good price ! . 2022- We walked into our newly purchased home in Florida and the AC was not working . Called AA and they came out within hours and replaced the capacitor . Great service !! Jarad did a great job , very knowledgeable .

This is exactly what happened yesterday in sequence. Called and got an overseas call center that said someone would call me back. Nobody did, so called again. An hour after that someone local called me and there were screaming kids in the background so couldn't hear the caller. She said there is a balance of $1,800 on my account and that I have to pay that before someone can come look. I told her that is not possible since I never used them before. She said, oh, looks like your account is tied to another account, and said she fixed it for me. What?????? She said a technician will come out between 2:30 and 4:30. Text was sent at 1:40 saying they were on their way. Didn't show up till 6:15. Switch was bad and he took it out and just plugged two wires together...fixed. Took less t

I have had AA temperature for some time, recently they installed a new ac unit. I appreciate their fast response times, follow up. The techs are great, professional and informative
