I called to have a locksmith come out and get the broken key out of my tractor ignition. The lady who answered the phone just argued with me and told me that she needed both pieces of the key so she could make a new key. I told her that half the key was broken into the ignition switch and she kept saying she needed both pieces of the key. I asked if she could send somebody out I'm sure they have great technicians and get the broken piece out and then we can get a key made. She said yes yes and it would be $125 but the tech would have to go back and see if they had a key or not blank and if they did then it would be more money to make the key. Then she said it would be an hour and 45 minutes or longer before she could have anybody out here she was just swamped and shorthanded and yeah yeah
