AAA Appliance Repair

We had called AAA Appliance Repair to come out to fix our Kenmore front loading washer. The washer was having issues where it kept on stopping and giving an error code of “OE”. We called about 2 weeks ago. Their service tech came out and we paid the $125 towards the service call. That price then would go towards the total repair bill if we decided to have them fix the problem once we knew what we were up against. The tech said the issue was the pump and the filter assembly. The total amount came out to almost $438 with $125 already going to the repair bill. We asked them to order the parts since this is a high efficiency washer front loading and only 3 years old. My washing machine stopped working several weeks ago; the water was barely trickling in. I called a plumber first, but he determined it was a part on the washing machine. My building staff gave me a list to f vendors to pick from, and picked AAA Appliance Services. The repairman quickly did an inspection, determined it was only the part and had it ordered. Within a few days , it arrived, and my machine was fixed. They people were very professional, fast and easy to work with. I would certainly reach out to them again if something else happened.

Prompt, courteous, professional service. We had an issue with our washing machine. I called AAA on Sunday and left a message. They open at 8:00 but, at 7:20 I received a call confirming that they would have a technician (Angelo, who is terrific) at my home by 2:00. This is the third time that I have used AAA. They are consistently very good. I will use their services for all of my future needs.

Angelo was our diagnosis technician and replacement part technician. He was outstanding. He arrived on time and did the work outlined at the price quoted. Absolutely recommend AAA appliance for your appliance repairs!

We had an awful experience with AAA. We paid over $300 to have our dryer repaired, and it was not fixed properly. Almost immediately, the dryer started making a loud, abnormal noise. When we called AAA back, they sent the same technician, who told us the noise was “normal,” even though it clearly wasn’t happening before and continued to get worse. As the problem escalated, we contacted AAA again and were told they only had the one technician and they are not able to send a different technician to take another look. We have called another company to come fix the issue. Extremely disappointing service and poor customer support. I would not recommend using them for appliance repairs.
