Called AAA, spoke to Brittany, very courteous and helpful, part ordered, repair scheduled. LG Tech Josh came to the house, very knowledgeable and personable. Repair was fast and complete!! It’s hard to find this level of customer service in the world today. Thank you much!

My dishwasher broke and AAA was able to come out the following week! Brittany was great scheduling me and updating me throughout the process. My technician, Josh, also was very professional and knew what the problem was immediately. They ordered the part Friday and fixed it Monday! Pricing was fair. I will use them again if my appliances break!

AAA has been keeping our appliances running for many years now. Paul knows appliances and is excellent at troubleshooting. The ladies on the phone are proficient at asking the right questions and conveying information ahead of Paul’s house calls. It’s nice to have someone we trust.

Our washing machine broke over the weekend. The appliance repair technician who came out quickly diagnosed and repaired the washer. He knew exactly what to check (it was a switch under the lid) and was very professional. I thought the price was fair and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for appliance repair service in the York area
