AAA Backflow Testing

I’ve had a challenging experience with this service recently. It took about three weeks to get scheduled, and although they didn’t arrive for the first appointment, I was understanding and open to rescheduling. However, when JR did show up, he left without notifying anyone because he didn't have enough patients to wait for access. I reached out for clarification about the delays and communication issues, but JR seemed frustrated and suggested I look for another provider, which was disappointing. I’ve used this service twice in the past without these issues, so I hope they can address these challenges. It would be beneficial for them to improve communication and responsiveness, as it can make a significant difference in client experiences.

Absolute best Backflow company in the state, they have tested hundreds if not thousands of Backflow devices through the years for the companies I have worked for.
