I’m very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service. The team worked efficiently and paid attention to every detail. They used safe cleaning products, which is great since I have kids and pets. My carpets dried quickly and look fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean.

The guy who did the carpet was great and did a great job! But the person who took the appointment on the phone not so great! She scheduled him between 2pm and 5 pm and he never could get here till 6:15 as he was 2 hours away on another job. Also she called the day before and did not give a call back number!

I requested a professional deep, deep clean for bedroom and walk in closet carpets in my condo with stained high traffic areas. What I got was the standard steam clean. No vacuuming prior, and no pre-stain treatment. Also, no solution for edge cleaning along mouldings -the steam cleaner doesn't reach these areas, I was told. For best results I have to have a do over with pre-stain treatment.
