AAA Chimney Sweep

Today we had Tom came over and looked over our wood stove. Despite previous reviews, when I called into AAA Chimney sweep they promptly picked up and they were a le to schedule me in for an inspection within one week. The day of the appointment, Tom called me to inform me he was on his way over. During the inspection, Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable and even showed me how to use my new wood stove. I will only use AAA for anything I need with my chimney!

I loved my experience with this company. They did a great job and they were very knowledgeable. This is my first time having a wood burning fire place so they explained to me how things work and what to do before and after using it. They also only charged me for the inspection since my chimney didn't need much sweeping. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. He was able to come within the week, and was honest about our fireplace. I asked for an inspection and cleaning, if necessary. He was honest with us and said it wasn't necessary to be cleaned. He brought in a tarp and didn't leave a mess... well he had some stuff on the floor, but he was about to sweep it up and I said not to worry... so.. yeah. Will use again if needed.

So easy to work with and was able to fit me in very quickly, compared to a month and a half wait from other companies. Even called when his last appointment ran long to make sure i was still available or if i needed to reschedule.

Perfect service at lower rates than every other chimney sweep in the Omaha area. Was able to book me weeks sooner than every other service could schedule us as well. The man who came was so polite and kind worked very clean and even cleaned our fire place mess that we had made ourselves. No negatives whatsoever he cleared our blocked up chimney in less than 30min. Very much so recommend AAA chimney sweep.
