This past Saturday when the temperature was 5 degrees outside, one of my two thermostats was not working properly as it couldn’t reach the set temperature without plummeting below 65 degrees. I called AAA Comfort Air on Sunday morning. The service technician came right out despite the short notice. He inspected my furnace pipes and heating vents throughout my house. It was then that he discovered that I did not have my vents open! That was the problem. He was very respectful and nice. He even waived the service fee! I hired this company previously to clean my boiler and furnace and he did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone within their service area.
