Cris and Miguel arrived on time. They immediately covered the doors they would be passing the furniture through. They also laid out a red carpet in order to keep from leaving dirt on the floor. The items they packed were large heavy wood furniture from several rooms in the house They had to deliver the furniture to 3 separate places. The first stop was my 1 story home. The 2nd place was a storage on the second floor. They had to use an elevator to get to the storage unit. Not once did they slow down or get irritated with all the work. The 3rd place was another house that was 13 miles away. Although I had not planned on making this 3rd stop, they were very gracious when I added it to their job. AAA Discount San Antonio Movers provided a exceptional experience for my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to get your personal belongings moved and transported. They were very nice and provided great customer service. I will be using them again if I need it.

I was quoted 325 for the 1st 2 hours then 110 every hour after that. Under normal circumstances would be fine, but when bed setup takes 30 minutes for each one because there’s a new guy, it becomes excessive. The experienced mover was even getting frustrated with the new guy. Even after all of that, I would not have left a negative review had it not been for my bed not being setup correctly. Really, even after 30 minutes? Manager/ owner solution was to offer me $20? Wow I’m a little insulted after paying $700 to your company yesterday and putting my bed back together myself. I strongly suggest against using this company for your moving needs.
