I requested a maintenance fix for my screen door in June and it was approved and sent to AAA mid July (I'm patient I understand everything takes time). One day I get a knock on the door and it's a man from AAA he says I need a new screen door, okay great. It was approved quickly. I waited and I waited, I waited all summer and now it's a week into Oct and I'm still waiting. Every time I call asking for an update I'm given the answer that it's been shipped and it should be next week. Next weeks now accumulated into several months. UPDATE... The day after I submitted my above review I received a call from my manager that AAA were scheduling to come out and install my screen door that next day. True to their words they came out and installed the new screen door that very next afternoon. It w
