Best to setup an appointment first before coming. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming but the front desk woman was ok. It just seemed like she was mad or something.

Quite unprofessional business, lack of work ethics and definitely bad customer service. I prepaid $40 for a remote key, they advised that I will be receiving a call within a week and that it will take only 15 minutes to programed my key. They never call me back, after 10 days of waiting I did call them back on a Friday around 4:25 pm and they told me that they had the remote key but they couldn’t programmed cause it was late and they had other things to do to please call back next week. I did call back the next week for a third time around 1:30 pm on a Wednesday and the guy who answered the phone told me that the technician was not there and that they couldn’t set up time for me nor able to informed me when the technician was able to do the work. Needed a key made, fast accurate, cheap...

They helped me at first. But when I needed them to come back out and check the work cuz I thought something had broken. They totally blew me off. They lied to me on the phone said they were sending someone soon, that didn't happen. Without looking at the car again they knew it wasn't their problem. They threatened me for trying to find out what was going on.
