My rental managing company picked an AC "professional" from this company. Run as fast as you can from the guy named Armando. This guy came in not listening to what the actual problem was with intention to only clean the drip pan even though the original issue was unrelated to the drip pan (the AC would activate the Cold air mode in the Auto mode with setting of 78F or up). After some arguing with the guy he finally admitted that a thermostat was faulty and needs to be replaced. He ended up taking it off and connecting a lose wire that seemed to be a problem, but once the guy left the problem continued to manifest itself - the AC working non stop if the temperature is put to the "vacation mode" - 78-80F.
