AAA Parking

I had parked there a couple of times before with no problem. This past Friday I used their service, paid by tap on arrival (knowing how much the price would be approximately) and when I came home the guy had charged $30 dollars into my account!!! I will never ever stay there again. My mistake for not checking the terminal, but complete abuse on their part.

Parking was close to the Phillips arena and the price was decent not expensive. And it's close to the big Ferris wheel.

My car was only 2 weeks old and the second week, had two dents where it was parked too closely to another vehicle AND a scratch. I am SO DISAPPOINTED! Customer service was really nice until I showed them the dent. Blamed it on someone else doing it - not the garage.

Mariott marquis.. stayed there many days horrible service. Waited almost an hour each time. And no they really were not busy. Staff of Samuel heads. Rude, manager wouldn't come to speak with me. After 1hr of waiting.

Got there at 6:30 PM and some guy with a thick accent told us we could not park there. He also parked other vehicles on the entrance way and ramps going to the second floor. You might as well pick somewhere else in the city.
