I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The level of service and professionalism from Roy and his team is truly exceptional. They replaced the compressor in my car, and within a day we realized the part itself had an issue. The moment I called them, they immediately took the car back in the very same day and replaced everything without hesitation. That level of accountability and responsiveness is rare these days. What really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their customers. They even paid for my ride back to the office while the car was being worked on. I went to this shop to check the A/C on my car and explained from the beginning that the issue was most likely the compressor clutch. They still charged me $50 for a “diagnosis.” After a few minutes they told me the compressor and condenser were bad and that I needed to replace everything, which would cost close to $1000. I decided to get a second opinion and it turns out the problem is only the clutch, a much simpler and cheaper repair. They refused to even consider fixing just the clutch and immediately pushed for replacing the whole system. Their $50 diagnostic policy basically guarantees you lose money even if they don’t actually diagnose the problem correctly. I would not recommend this place. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive repairs.

In June 2024, I brought my car here to replace the alternator. They also replaced the serpentine belt. Later, it became clear that the serpentine belt had not been installed properly, leaving my car inoperable and forcing me to pay for a tow truck out of my own pocket ($80). A year and a half later, I had to replace the alternator again. In addition, the shop failed to reinstall the plastic engine splash shields on both the passenger side and the driver side. I have no idea why work was done on the driver side at all. I only discovered the missing shields three months later. I was charged $347 for the alternator, even though the most expensive aftermarket alternator costs around $200. The total job came to $680, not including the towing cost. I must add this review for Mr. Mike. He is a great technician, customer service representative, and very knowledgeable in the air conditioning field. I must say kodos to him. Any time that I come in or have any issue he does not hesitate to resolve the issue no matter how big it is he alway there to assist. If there were more stars I would give him 10 of them. He is an accent to the company. I work for the City of Hallandale Beach and we send vehicle to this location because they are committed to repair any air conditioning issue we have. It a pleasure to have companies like this one that you can trust.
